Citely Support

For help with Citely, the Citation Integrity API, the hosted MCP server, or the Codex plugin, email [email protected].

Please include:

• a short description of the problem;
• the Citation Integrity task ID, if one is available;
• the approximate time and time zone when the issue occurred; and
• the client you used, such as the Citely website, REST API, or Codex.

Do not send your API key, OAuth token, password, full unpublished manuscript, or payment-card information. If an API key may have been exposed, revoke it from the API Keys page and create a replacement.

Security Reports

For suspected security or privacy issues, use the subject line Security report. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue, but do not access data that does not belong to you.
